Our group is hosted at the Colorado University Anschutz Medical Campus, in the Health Sciences Building.

We are embedded in a strong experimental neuroscience community through our affiliation with the Department of Physiology and Biophysics, while also being integrated into computational communities through our secondary affiliations with the Department of Biomedical Informatics and CU Boulder’s Computer Science Department (by courtesy). We further benefit from a highly translational environment, as we are part of the CU School of Medicine and closely connected to the University of Colorado Hospital.

In addition, we are part of a growing community of computational neuroscientists in the broader Denver area, including the groups led by Tahra Eissa in our department, Mazen Al Borno at Colorado University Denver, and Zachary Kilpatrick at Colorado University Boulder.
